It’s been a while since my last post. I’ve been just a little busy … just a little preoccupied… just a little out of touch.
When I look at it, I just have the urge to squish it …
Success! The brioche inspired by “cramique aux merveilleux de fred”❤️
You know when you eat something that’s just SO good that you have actual dreams about it ?
Then I got overly confident and attempted giant ones … but they were still yummy … even if they did deflate … I used these for savory sandwiches stuffing them with egg and cheese.
